TriCity GC — SMS Terms & Conditions

Terms of service for TriCity GC text message communications. By opting in, you agree to these terms.

Program: TriCity GC

TriCity GC (“TriCity GC,” “we,” or “us”) operates an SMS messaging program through which we send text messages to customers who have provided express consent. By opting into the TriCity GC SMS messaging program, you agree to receive text messages from TriCity GC about your construction project. Messages may include estimates, scheduling updates, appointment reminders, project status notifications, and follow-up communications.

Consent & Opt-In

You consent to receive SMS messages from TriCity GC by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our contact form at tricitygc.com/contact. The checkbox states: “By checking this box, I agree to receive SMS messages from TriCity GC regarding my project. Up to 4 msgs/month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. View our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.” Your consent is for TriCity GC messages only and is not shared with or transferred to any other company or brand.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel TriCity GC SMS messages at any time. Just text STOP (or STOPALL, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, END, or REVOKE) to the phone number from which you received the message. After you send any of these keywords, TriCity GC will send you a confirmation SMS that you have been unsubscribed from our messaging program. Once unsubscribed, you will receive no further SMS messages from TriCity GC.

If you wish to rejoin the TriCity GC SMS program, simply submit a new consent through our contact form at tricitygc.com/contact, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message & Data Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from TriCity GC and to us from you. Message frequency is up to 4 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
