Located on tricitygc.com/contact, this is the exact checkbox every customer must check before submitting the form. It cannot be pre-checked and is required to submit.

✅ Displays: brand name, frequency, rates, opt-out, links to Terms + Privacy

2. Links to Required Legal Pages

  • SMS Terms & Conditions — includes program description, message frequency (up to 4 msgs/month), STOP/HELP opt-out instructions, carrier liability disclaimer, and privacy policy link.
  • Privacy Policy — states that mobile information is NOT shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
